Weather & Venue Plan

808-Day is a rain-or-shine event! If August showers pop up, we immediately shift the party into Opal Hotel’s beautiful indoor nightclub. Rain or shine, the poolside fun moves indoors at 10 PM anyway to keep the energy going until 2 AM.

Full Bar & Dining

Keep the drinks flowing and your appetite satisfied without ever leaving the party. RAYN Pool Bar & Cafe will be fully operational, serving up a complete food menu and pouring cocktails all day and night.

Texas Hold 'Em Poker

We are teaming up with MD Entertainment & Primetime Poker to host live poker tournaments on the inside of the venue. Whether you want to play in the day game or the night game, you can jump into the action with a $5 tip to the dealer to compete for the prize!

When and where is the 808 Day Pool Party?

The event takes place on Saturday, August 8th, from Noon to 2:00 AM at The Opal Hotel & Suites in Altamonte Springs, Florida.

What are the ticket options and prices?

Early Bird tickets start at $10, Pre-Sale tickets are $20, and General Admission at the door is $30.
Note: Prices subject to change depending on availability.

Are there VIP packages available?

Yes, VIP / Bottle Services is available for $300. This package includes General Admission for up to 4 guests and 1 bottle with mixers, and a reserved seating area on the pool deck or inside (depending on the weather). Please note that VIP reserved sections are extremely limited. Prices do not include gratuity, 20%.

Who is playing at the event?

The elite DJ lineup is headlined by Atlanta’s Sporty-O performing an exclusive set. He will be joined by Exquizit DJ X, Jimmy Joslin, iLL DJ Chris B, Kid Digital, DJ Matrix, DJ MX, DJ Tooltime, Adam Flurk, and more.

What kind of entertainment will be there besides the music?

Prepare to be mesmerized by Rose Parker from HOOPZ, an expert aerialist, fire dancer, and Lollipop Lyra hoop dancer. She has performed at major festivals across Florida and will be bringing her captivating, fluid movements poolside for this event. There will also be a day and night poker tournament brought to you by MD Entertainment.

How does the poker tournament work?

We are teaming up with MD Entertainment to host live Texas Hold ‘Em poker inside the venue. There will be both a day game and a night game. It is a $5 tip to the dealer for a chance to compete for the price.
Prizes: Day game: $150, Night game: $200.

Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely. The venue features the RAYN Pool Bar & Cafe, which includes a full-service bar and a complete restaurant menu that will be available throughout the entire event.

Can I book a room at the hotel?

Yes! The Opal Hotel offers incredibly affordable rates—running around just $60/night for a Pool View room! It’s the perfect excuse to skip the drive home, keep the party vibes going, and stay the night right by the action.

Is this event celebrating a specific occasion?
