Refund and Ticketing Policy
Thank you for purchasing tickets or partnering with us for the 808 Day Pool Party. Please read our policy carefully before completing your transaction at orlando808.com.
All Sales Are Final
Because this is a highly anticipated live event with limited capacity, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases.
This policy applies to all transactions on our website, including:
- General Admission and VIP Tickets
- Vendor Booth Registrations and Fees
- Sponsorship Packages
Once a purchase is made, your spot is secured. We cannot offer refunds for no-shows, personal schedule conflicts, or changes in circumstances. Please ensure your availability before completing your purchase.
Event Cancellation Exception
The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the unlikely event that the 808 Day Pool Party is officially canceled by the organizers.
- If the event is canceled: You will automatically receive a full refund for the exact amount of your tickets, vendor fees, or sponsorship packages.
- Refund Processing: The refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a standard processing window (typically 5 to 10 business days).
- Weather Policy: Please note that the event is held rain or shine. Inclement weather does not constitute a cancellation unless official safety alerts require us to close the venue. If it rains we are simply moving the party inside.
Late or Missing Refunds (In the Case of Event Cancellation)
If the event has been canceled and you have not received your automatic refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank or credit card account again to see if the transaction is pending.
- Contact your credit card company, as it often takes several business days for refunds to officially post to your statement.
- Contact your bank to inquire about their specific processing times.
